Finding a player
Search any username from the Stats page or the search bar at the top of the site. Java and Bedrock players both work. Bedrock names start with a dot on DonutSMP, so include it when you search. If a profile is out of date when you open it, DonutStats refreshes it automatically and the page updates on its own.
Money and shards
Money is the player's current balance. It can swing a lot from day to day, because a single spawner sale or a big purchase moves it by billions. Shards are the server's second currency, earned while playing and spent in the shard shop. The economy guide explains roughly what a shard is worth.
Combat stats
Kills and deaths count player kills and deaths. The kill to death ratio divides one by the other and is the quickest way to tell a seasoned PvP player from someone who mostly farms. Treat it with care for new accounts: a player with three kills and one death has a great ratio and almost no history.
Mobs killed counts every mob the player has killed, which tends to be huge for players who run mob farms or grinders.
Playtime and building
Playtime is the total time the player has spent on the server. It is a good way to judge how established an account is. Blocks placed and blocks broken show how much the player builds and mines. Builders usually have far more placed than broken, while miners and farmers are the other way round.
Leaderboard ranks
Each profile shows where the player ranks on the server's leaderboards, such as most money, most kills or most playtime, along with the share of ranked players they are ahead of and the players ranked just above and below them. A rank only appears when the player is on that board, so newer or casual players may not have one for every stat.
Stat history
The history charts show how each stat has changed over days and weeks. Steady growth in playtime with flat kills points to a farmer or builder. A jump in kills over a few days usually means the player has been fighting a lot recently.
Why stats can suddenly drop
Most stats only ever go up, so a drop stands out. When it happens, it is almost always something the server did rather than a mistake:
- All stats reset to zero. Accounts that get banned or punished on DonutSMP can have their stats and balance wiped.
- Only kills reset. The server sometimes clears kills on their own, while deaths and playtime carry on.
- Money falls sharply. Usually a big purchase, a transfer to another account or money removed by the server.
If a drop looks wrong to you, open the player's stats in game to compare, and let us know through the contact page if they do not match.
Listings, orders and bounties
The buttons at the top of a profile show the player's auction house listings and buy orders, which is handy for checking what a trader is selling before you deal with them. If the player has a bounty on their head, the amount appears on the profile and on the bounty leaderboard.
