DonutStats is not run by DonutSMP. For bans, appeals, purchases or anything that happens in game, contact DonutSMP directly.
What to write to us about
Bugs and broken pages
Tell us what you were doing, the page address and what went wrong. A screenshot helps a lot.
Wrong or missing data
Include the player or item name and what you expected to see, so we can check it quickly.
Your player profile
Ask for a correction or removal with your username. We may ask you to show the account is yours.
API and billing
Questions about API keys, limits, plans or payments. Include the username of your API account.
Discord bot
Problems with commands, alerts or settings, or ideas for new commands.
Feedback and partnerships
Feature ideas, collaborations and advertising enquiries are all welcome.
